I have used Blogs before - not always sure who these communicate with - so hello there World!!
I will be using this blog to post my views on Digital Marketing Communications - how online communication tools have transformed marketing. No longer is the the Marketer conducting a monologue with consumers - now they have conversations with media-rich content.
They enable interaction and collaboration - what do I mean by that? One example is provided by Nike iD - their consumers can design their own trainers (at a price of course) - allowing them to customise and personalise their footwear.
